Yes, there is a story behind this picture. No, I won`t tell you ^,^ I can`t because it`s rather unfinished and if I start to make more story around this picture I`d start to give this character an identity... and if I would give this character one I would have one more character I wouldn`t draw often enough and I would feel sorry about

Done completly with ink and watercolors... no colored pencils used this time (almost broke my fingers with those details )

Seems to me that he is royalty, or a slave to royalty. When he was born he was probably the same color as his parents and later turned into a violet color, which in legend meant that he was the one to end the Gargoyle Days and cause mass chaos. They immediately denounce him and make him a slave to their court. Later in years, he grows and he becomes full of hate and sadness. He yearns for his escape.
